Not long ago we visited a church that was hosting a special event. Would you allow me allow me to share a few things that impressed me about that visit?

Highlighting the courage, sacrifice, and unseen faithfulness of missionary women, this heartfelt tribute honors those who answered God’s call, served across cultures, and proclaimed Christ through quiet strength, deep love, and enduring perseverance.

I’m wondering, does your church need to ask any of these questions? Explore these hard—but necessary—questions churches must ask if they hope to move beyond decline, complacency, and the comfort of the status quo.

While church leaders often prioritize peace and unity, this can hinder necessary change, so here are some suggestions for preparing a church for change when needed.
