  • No, it is a service available to anyone!

Whether you are a leader or not, our 1-to-1 Chats provide a safe space for you to discuss your concerns, receive guidance, and develop strategies to navigate your specific situations.

  • Yes, we are available to speak at events, conferences, and workshops! Engaging with you in-person about church matters is one of our favorite things to do. If you’re interested in having us speak, please reach out to discuss your needs and how we can contribute to your gathering.

  • Yes, we understand that emergency and traumatic events can occur in churches, such as moral failures or other crises. • Working Genius is a framework that helps individuals and teams understand their unique strengths and talents in the workplace. Developed by Patrick Lencioni, it identifies six types of working genius: Wonder, Discernment, Tenacity, Enablement, Galvanization, and Invention. By identifying your working genius, you can better understand your strengths and weaknesses, improve team dynamics, and enhance productivity. It’s a valuable tool for fostering collaboration and maximizing effectiveness in any organization.

Becky is trained and certified in Working Genius and has successfully implemented it with many teams, helping them optimize their performance and achieve their goals.

  • While we currently have a few small mentoring groups, our primary focus is not mentoring, unless requested.

When it comes to leaders and churches in need of specific care, we see ourselves as "spiritual triage." We step in, help you navigate the situation, and then leave when you feel it's best. We never put people on a set schedule of meetings. For learners and leaders who have a general church topic they wish to discuss, we provide you with a simple way to facilitate those conversations that suit you best.
